About Vladimir Guillen

Vladimir is an unknown artist who has been painting for roughly 20 years.  As a self taught artist, he found his interest from watching his father paint in his native country of El Salvador.  His passion and inspiration for art increased when he visited an art gallery in Los Angeles and saw a painting by Diego Rivera called "Red Square".  From that moment on he decided to learn the art and has been inspired by nature, current events, and basically everything that goes on in life.  He has also found inspiration from works by local and famous artists such  as Picasso, Monet, Degas, and Diego Rivera.
